I recently updated to os 4.5 over a month ago and I just started noticing my phone is super sluggish. If I do a battery pull my file free will be at 16 mb and by the end of the day ill be around 4mb or lower


Any ideas on what to do?

Do you have any 3rd party apps running all day? (Viigo, etc, etc)

What specific version of 4.5? If it's one of the older ones, you may want to upgrade to the latest and greatest.

I don't have any 3rd party apps except facebook which I rarely use

I was going to use johns procedure but my desktop crashed and I don't have any access to desktop manager as of right now

I use duck tape to fix leaks usually. Seriously, I would try to update the OS to the most recent release along with updating 3rd party apps to the most recent versions. Add to the list John Clark's optimization guide.

Until you get that taken care of or get access to another computer, there isn't much you can do other than do a battery pull.
