Hello all

I'm using an application called 'think micro' on my blackberry. However, sometimes it looses the internet connection and an audible alarm goes off (as well as a pop up notice that the connection has been lost). It sounds like a double piano key tap. I've looked all over the phone for where I can turn this off, but I can't locate a setting for it. Can anyone help me mute this?
