Hi all, new to BB, got an 8320 on UK Orange network but cannot get my email setup. Only get the BES or setup email later option but no BIS option. The BB is hooked up to my WLAN no problem and can view web pages etc. Tried to do the setup from a desktop PC but only gives me BT, O2, Voda and T-Mobile as my wireless provider. When I enter the PIN and IMEI #'s it says the handset is registered to another provider and to re-register. Any ideas and suggestions welcome....i'm starting to lose the will to live. Cheers.

First, do you have a BB data plan with your provider? That's required for email setup. Second, you don't use the setup wizard. Use the "Setup Internet Email" icon on the home screen (BB data plan required for this icon.)

3rd and also important...If the PIN/IMEI says it's registered to another provider it means that someone else has that pin registered to a BIS email account. You're going to need to get the pin released from the previous account. Your carrier may do it for you. Can you contact the previous owner?

Yep, full data plan although its only been activated today.....reckon thats summat to do with it? No previous owner, BN phone upgrade from previous phone. Dont have the email setup icon either, only the wizard setup. Thanks for your help.
