Default Disappearing Addresses !

Please Login to Remove!

While entering several new addresses, I searched for an address, and was told that there were no addresses at all on the BB. Can I restore them ?
Thanks !

Did you make a back up using the DM, or sync with Outlook.

No, don't know how to run a computer backup. I do have the addresses on an older Blackberry Pearl I'm no longer using.

Thank You.

Welcome to the forums!

Do you have the Desktop Manager installed on your computer? It makes the backup and restore process very easy.

Problem is solved ! Went to an AT &T store, and I somehow had checked the Personal/Business Categories. The clerk unchecked them, and the addresses returned.
I am, however, still going ahead with the DM installation. Thanks for all your help !
