I just got my BB. After syncing with the calendar, performance slowed dramatically. I knew it would slow some because of the number of entries, but this is worse than on my Treo 700p.

I have kept my calendar on Outlook since 2002. It has a huge number of entries, but I need to refer to it from time to time.

Would it help (is it possible) to synchronize and only show only the last year and forward calendar on the BB?

FYI - The problem was a BB old OS version 4.3.???? - Updated to 4.5 and the BB is fast again. -- Happy Camper, here.
