Angry HELP! Cannot download Google Maps for Verizon 8330

Please Login to Remove!

Ok I just got the 8330 & cannot download google maps or any other google app for that matter.

I am running OS v4.5.0.77 (Platform 3.2.0.51)

I tried m.google.com/glm & gmm
The interesting thing is that on .glm I just get a blank page that says "Sorry, Google Maps does not work on your Blackberry 8830"

What gives?

The very same thing happened to me this morning when i tried to load the mobile maps application, i got a server error message. try searching for google mobile maps on googles search page from the browser on your phone, then follow the links until you get to the proper download button. this worked for me on my 8310 running the same os software.

Or try google.com/gmm Don't use the m.google. I just downloaded again two days ago with no problem.

Thanks guys but...

I tried to google the maps to download on the phone browser but no results show up. This has been a constant problem for some reason.

Also I tried typing google.com/gmm & i can get on the page that lists the mobile apps but no buttons that specify "download"

my Browser default setting is set to "internet bowser" with no other option. If that helps any.

Thanks again

well I still had a old bookmark from my t-mo bb 8320 that was transferred over to my 8330. For some reason this bookmark offered the downloading of google apps & I was able to download everything.

The web address was m.google.com & it actually worked but when I would type it in the address bar it would not. Very strange
