Unhappy PLEASE HELP!! I cant get online on my Blackberry Curve from Verizon

Please Login to Remove!

I can get email from my hotmail account but I cant get online to view web pages or anything. When I click on the browser icon it says "Services: Email Accounts; Settings: Change Device, Language, Password, Service Books; Help, Log Out" there is no "Go To" in the menu section and when I click on one of the above mentioned links it says "ERROR; the site cannot be accessed in this manager. Please use the URL link provided by your service provider." What the hell?? Also, can someone tell me how to make the emails I receive in HTML format, they all just show the actual web address. Any help is appreciated, thanks!!

Start with Menu>options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Tables>update now.

Next review your APN Settings:

Good Luck!

EDIT - Learn something new or are reminded of something every day. Thanks Zerog. Skip the APN settings

I went to Menu>Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Tables but then it gives me a long list of (eg) Verizon[240] Verizon [71440] etc. And I cant view my APN setting because I go to Menu>Options>Advanced Options> and there's no TCP option...?? Thanks for the help!!

VZW doesn't have APN Settings.

Welcome to the forums.

To get HTML email you will need to upgrade your device to OS 4.5.

When you open your browser, are those the selections showing on the screen?

If you press the menu key while in your browser, do you see the go to option?

Follow these steps to upgrade your device to the latest official OS:

That may also fix your browser issue.

Re-send your service books.

Your old e-mails won't be HTML, but any new ones will be.
