go into your security options and do a memory cleaning. It is already a feature of your berry

There's one in Options > Security Options > Memory Cleaning

I dont use it much, but you can search the forums and see if there's anymore details about this tool.

yeah i knew about that one just didnt know if there was something more powerful out there ? im coming from a windows mobile ppc.

It clears out your cache. can't get much more powerful than that. The only other thing I would suggest is memoryup from handango.com
