Default Apps can not connect to the web

Please Login to Remove!

Need some help and advice:
1) I am using a TMobile Curve on the ATT network.
2) I do NOT have a data-plan, just cell and WiFi.
3) I get internet access via the WiFi at home and at many coffee shops and other retail sites (and ATT can't charge me).
4) I have various apps that need to connect to the web, like TinyTwitter, WorldMate, etc. These apps do not seem to be able to connect, but my browser does.

Any idea on how these apps can use the WiFi the same way the browser does?

Thanks for any advice you can give me!

My guess is they are looking for BB data since they are BB apps.

My guess is that your apps may not be able to use the WiFi connection.
Have you checked out the settings for these apps?

I use Opera Mini and there's an option there for WiFi, although I haven't yet checked it out on a WiFi connection.

Check your app settings to make sure.
