Exclamation white screen at times ? need advice !!!!

so my bb curve 8330 a few times yesterday i noticed it had a white screen with no error messages. i would press the back key and it would go away but then it happended a few other times too. the phone seems to work ok but im concerned about it. i just updated the os to 4.5 the other day and my network is sprint.



can you guys give me any advice as to what it could be ?

Do you think that your BB is going to sleep mode if it does not have any activity and then why hit the back key it wakes up? Since you are new in this forum I would assume you have started using BB very recently. Since even an OS reload did not help, I would think that you may want to exchange the phone and get a new one.

I've had similar situations after upgrades - first step is to uninstall all your third party applications and re-install only critical ones. I found that generally worked for me.
