My friend has the BB Pearl and we're trying to add each other to our contact list. Here's what is happening:

I've tried to add him using his PIN # and his contact information. He recieves my request, but when he confirms me I don't recieve his confirmation. We've also tried the reverse where he adds me, but again, I never recieve his request. Any ideas how we could resolve this? I do have one other BB messenger contact that works flawlessly. Thanks.

I've had this problem plenty of times

both of you need to delete each other from your BBM list. then make sure the PIN in each one of your address book entries is correct. Then add each other from your address books. I've found that this way works best.
