Your easiest method would be to call your own carrier and ask them to block that number. Or email as the case may be, if TTY isn't an option.

iCallManager or Black/White list apps for the BB may do that for SMS.

Good luck. Tell your "he" to leave you alone and call the police for harassment.

If you go to Options\Security Options\Firewall you block incoming SMS, and MMS. At the bottom there is an option to only allow SMS and MMS from contacts in your address book.
