Default Can you save contacts and favorites and transfer them?

If I had to give back my BB to my company and didn't have a new one yet, can I save my contact list and favorites via the BB Desktop Manager and hold them on my home computer until I got a new BB, then transfer them to the new BB so they would work? I'd hate to have to go through all my favorites again. (I suppose I could send them to myself in an e-mail and organize them again, but what a pain that would be.)

Thanks...

Ok, did it, seemed pretty easy...backed up a bunch of stuff. I have to guess that you would just "restore" the new BB from the old backup files and it would transfer right over? Sweet...I would recommend everyone do this every few weeks or so...thanks!
