Yes. Is the device software actually installed on the desktop and doesit show in the javaloader?

If so, load the javaloader directly and try it. It is located in; c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

I believe that is it, but I am WAP so I am not entirely sure

Ok. You'll need to get theapp software to be red by the desktop manager. Follow directions on BBFAQ on removing the "vendor.xml" file.
