Default Why do my edits from the BB never make it to Outlook?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a few 8320 Curves that I am having sync issues with. If I make changes in Outlook the Blackberry will be updated with that change. If I make an edit or add on the BB itself Outlook will not be updated.

I have bidirectional sync enabled and have tried this on a few different computers with different MAPI profiles. I didn't seem to run into this issue on the old 72xx series.

Where should I start after trying different MAPIs, resetting the config, a complete uninstall/reinstall of the current version of Desktop manager and a complete wipe and reinstall of the new BB OS?

well are you running the current version of the desktop manager? If not I would suggest doing that first. Baby steps, then take on the larger changes

Yeah I have done that. The last line of my 1st post outlines steps I have taken so far.

You could spend hours trouble-shooting or;

Take a full backup of your device, then delete your sync configurations, and re-create them.

Also, be sure that wireless sync is not enabled for any of the features you're trying to sync. This would prevent them from working properly.

If the problem persists, then you can go down that road, but that may fix things.
