This is my first post, and any help would be much appreciated. I dropped my 8310, and now it won't turn on. When you plug it in the red light comes on and then a battery symbol with a red line through it appears. Nothing happens when you put the battery in. Does anyone have any clue, or is this thing toast?

How far did you drop it from? What did it land on? Do you have a case? Any physical damage to the phone?
