| OS upgrade to 4.5, seem to have lost e-mail Please Login to Remove! I'm a noob. I did a search and couldn't find this answer. I have done an OS upgrade on my own phone and it went perfectly. A fellow employee who also has a 8310 saw my phone and asked me to do the upgrade for her. The OS seemed to load fine. Problem is that her phone did not keep her e-mail account. There is nothing that mentioned "existing accounts" etc. I tried to set it up again as a new account and can't get in. AT&T message says that the account already exits. What do I do now?
