Default computer does not recognize device

Please Login to Remove!

When I try to sync my 8330 to my computer the BB manager does not recognize my device.
Any advice!
Fairly new user.

try restarting your computer. If that fails then it could that your port might be "damaged"

Restarted my computer and I tried it in all 3 ports on my computer.
My 8330 charges fine so I don't think it is the connection on my BB
