I just got my Curve 8330 a few weeks ago and tried to send a video message yesterday for the first time.

The video sent fine and played fine with audio on my curve. However, anyone who I send the video to does not hear the audio. I sent it to my wife's phone and got no audio...

Any ideas?

I can't figure it out. I take videos on my phone and can play them back with audio.

But, when I send the video to any other phone the audio doesn't seem to be attached. Is there some sort of mute audio option that I have on the video but other phones don't or something?

Any help would be appreciated.

Typically, this is a carrier issue.

Some carriers limit or strip out some types and sizes of attachments.

This happens with all my MMS msgs, but if I save the video to my SD card, I can then view it through the video player and the sound will come through.
