Default help, how to turn off desktop secure

Please Login to Remove!

i have a program which emails in desktop secure and the emails never show up how to i correct this problem?

Can you re-phrase the question? It's impossible to make sense of what you're saying. It's clear that you're not getting email. Are you not getting email on your BB or your desktop?

What's this "program which emails in desktop secure"? What is it for? What's it's name? What does it do?

How is your BB setup to receive email? Are you on BES? Are you using BIS? Both? What type of email account is it?

We definitely need details to help.

I was trying to think of how to say what you just said and couldn't come up with anything/didn't know where to start.
