Placed an order for an 8350i on the web Sunday night. Got a confirmation back with an order number. Checked the order status on Monday and it said it was on back order. Called sales department who said it was in stock but due to demand there was a 1 day delay in shipping. Checked the site again today (Tuesday) and it still shows back ordered. Someone else told me they ordered yesterday and got a tracking number last night.
Called sales again this morning and was told the phones were in stock as of yesterday and would be shipped out in the order the orders were received. When I mentioned about the person who got a tracking number the same day, I was told it depends on what sales channel the phone was ordered from as each channel has it's own stock.
Anyone else ordered this week? What kind of results?
try every option you can to see the status. mine said processing even after it was delivered. but i clicked another link and i got a tracking number (sorry i can't remember... it might have been a link on the receipt
Something is not right here. At 11:00 this morning a tracking number showed up on the website. All day the UPS website said Manifest received at 10:00 PM it changed to Billing Information received.
Now here's the zinger.....I get home from work tonight and find a UPS InfoNotice on the door saying they tried to deliver a package from Sprint today. I call UPS, give them the tag number and they tell me it's not the tracking number provided on the sprint website.
Now my question is, am I getting two 8350's? I only ordered one and I only have one order number from Sprint
