Default 8300 and Attachment Service

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user with an 8300 that does not have the BB Attachment Service installed on their BB. I am not too familiar with the Attachment Service, so I'm looking for any suggestions.

This user is on a BES with 500 other users.
It has the latest BB O/S.
There are several other 8300 users on the same BES and same Exchange server that do not exhibit this.
I've tried to re-activate it, via enterprise activation, no luck.
I've tired to wipe it and re-activate it, no luck.
IT Policy resent, no luck.
Service books resent, no luck.
Service books deleted and resent, no luck.
Deleted the user on BES and re-added the user w/ activation, no luck.

Everything else operates on the BB as it should as as others in the environment.

Is there anything else that I might try? Thanks.

A reload of the BB O/S seemed to work. This allowed me to manually enable the attachment service via the manager.
