I had this exact same problem about a month or so ago. Well my keys got stuck on my blackberry and I had to call tmobile and get a replacement. So I have set it back up. Although, my emails will not show html.

Last time this happened, I had to in resend the service packs. So I actually have the option in the email settings to enable html. I have it on "yes". It still does not show. Before I didn't have the option to enable them. So I resent the service packs and got the option. Problem resolved. I've rebooted the phone several times but still nothing coming showing html in my emails.

Only the new emails from this point forward will show HTML.

Open a NEW email with HTML, press menu > Get images.

Yea I know what you are talking about from my previous experience. Just now when I open new emails. I don't get that option.

You may try to install the latest 8320 OS on it and check.

So you've already re-sent the service books and did a battery pull..

I would remove the accounts from the BlackBerry and re-add them.
