Unhappy Pepid Freezes BB

Can some please help me cuz I'm abt to go run my head into the wall. I've been trying to install the Pepid Student RN suite on my BB curve that is 6 days old and I can't for the life of my make the Drug Interactions (DIG) part of the app work. Everything else works fine. I have an unlimited Data plan from t-mobile (who are not helpful at all and the last chick i spoke to annoyed the hell out of me). The tech support that I was speaking to from Pepid walked me through every possible problem and it's solution. I pulled the battery 10 times. Left it out for a good 5-10 mins. Nothing changes! Every module of the software works just fine except for that 1 module. I open it select the drugs go to confirm and then the last step is "get drug interactions". I click that and BAM! Everything freezes. I can't close the app or move around. There are no arrows on the top of the screen so it's not like there's anything loading. There's the hour glass that keeps coming and going as it pleases. And then I can either press and hold the power button until it turns off or i can pull the battery. Both things I've done several times. The Pepid ppl tell me that it seems to be a security issue with my phone that's preventing the software from getting on the net. But all my security options are set to Allow. So I call up t-mobile and ask them if there's anything blocking me and they wont as much as give me the time of day becauase it's a 3rd party app. I'm sorry can you tell how steamed I am at this point? I mean I buy this BB and it costs me at least $130 so I can but this $180 software on there....and when I put them together it doesn't even work!

So...if anyone can help me out, I would be eternally greatful.
There are no error messages that come up. However, at 1 point it had given me this: Uncaught exception: Application DIG(155) is not responding; process terminated.
And this: uncaught exception: Application Pepid Blackberry (154) is not responding; process terminated.

My OS is 4.5 and the software is in it's current version and they told me that it has worked successfully on multiple BB curves without any issues. I have other apps on here like Google Maps(working fine now...needed net lol) and Vymail, Facebook and set up email accounts. The t-mobile woman told me that since it's within a 14 day period I can ship my phone bk to them and they would ship me another one...but she was very vague. She didn't tell me what the procedure for that was nor did she address the fact that until they ship me a phone, I would be phoneless...or if this was going to cost me anything aside from the shipping (i.e. is this coming out of my insurance? warranty?)...and she said something abt if I accessed my warranty it wouldn't garauntee that I would receive a new phone (now u see why I'm pulling my hair out).

You might try PMing a mod to move your post to the Aftermarket Software forum.

Take a backup of your berry and uninstall and then reinstall the app again. Donno whether it will resolve your issue but it is worth a try... sometimes it happen that the required files specific to a module is not installed correctly.. hence the problems !
