Default Blackberry Crash! Help!

Please Login to Remove!

I just tried using Desktop Manager to update my Blackberry. It seemed to be working at first, but about half way through the update, it stopped working. I let it sit there for 2 hours and I finally unplugged the Blackberry.

Now it won't boot up. It just sits with the white screen and the loading icon.

I have a backup file on my computer, but I can't get my computer to even recognize the Blackberry so I can't restore it.

Help! What do I do?

remove the battery and see if that fixs the problem
