Angry BB Messager Contact Problems

I had a 8100 and when I would do a battery pull I bb messager would tell me that I had changed phones and I would have to send out conformation on my contacts or they would be deleted. well I just got a new 8300 the other day and upgraded it to 4.5.0.124 and I have the same old problem as before. this is killing me, what am I doing wrong?

I am on BIS.

Was thinking since this happened on both my 8100 and now my 8300 could it be my sim card? I also did a switch device so i wonder if an application I have is to blame.
