Ok, new to bb and have learned that ver 4.5 is out there but att doesn't support it. Why? Bb on 4.2. If there is a better ver y would att not have it

AT&T has, in fact released the 4.5 OS version.

You might want to get out the threads stickied at the top of the forum.

MM you are right.. although T-Mob was the 1st GSM carrier in US to release 4.5 OS.. ATT soon came with 4.5.0.110.

And since T-Mobile doesn't sell the 8310, that is immaterial.
