As far as I know, there aren't any true VoIP call apps (for any BlackBerry model), only services that run on a middle-man connection (i.e. you select a number to call and the service calls you and connects to the third party).
There are many people, who do not have UMA, that would love to have a true VoIP app, especially one that works over WiFi.
