Hello, I can sync my BB 8310 and take backups on the BB's desktop manager version 4.3.0.17. However, I cannot view or edit the Contacts on the laptop which is a Sony Vaio using Vista business edition.

As one can guess, I dont have much knowledge about computers. Can anyone help me with this please?

How can I backup the contacts to the media card in the BB? Is this possible?

Cannot backup to media card. 4.3 DM has glitches. What client are you syncing with? Outlook?

If you are sync'ing your BlacBerry with an email client (Outlook/Outlook Express/Yahoo Mail) you should be able to edit the contacts in those programs and then perform another sync.
