Default Connecting to device ROM - then error

Please Login to Remove!

Ok, I've tried it all, I think...tried to load 4.5 on my friend's 8310 and continue to get this error.

Unspecified error encountered [A:0x00000001]

using the Ap Loader in DM, I get a fatal error. I wiped the 'berry using jl_cmdr and now it still won't go past the connecting to ROM...any suggestions?

Did you try restarting your computer and then start the OS load process?

yes I did...finally got tired of messing with it...I think it's a computer issue, not a blackberry. Sent that BB back to ATT & got another, same issue during upgrade...
