What is the difference between Package Version: from Blackberry A.T.&T. and the OS from this site? Other than the East Asia attachment.

Wirelessly posted (8310; RammerJammer!)

Both of those are from BlackBerry.
They don't come from anywhere else, and this site does not host our OS links.
We only allow links from RIM or the carrier where a couple carriers like Verizon hist their own. But all OSs are still developed by RIM.

Mostly just incremental bug fixes. You may or may not even notice the differences. I usually keep the latest OS I can find on my device.
