Question "Uncaught exception: DSSMA: invalid state(5): 59"

Please Login to Remove!

I'm getting this message every time I try to go into my messages. It happened randomly, I didn't mess with anything that could have caused it to happen. It's pissing me off because I can't read my messages now... What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Default Help! Invalid state(5): 39

To MamaLaura,

Would you be so kind to let me know the answer to the problem: uncaught exception: DSSMA: Invalid state (5): 39?
I've been having the same problem you wrote about being unable to read or send any messages at all. It's frustrating!
Hope you can help me out, thank you so much if you can!

Mirlise

The device software looks to be corrupted in this case. OS re installation may be the only remedy.

Thank you so much Raja for your reply!

Many thanks,

NO.. you would not loose every information on the device.. when you are loading the new OS using Desktop Manager, it will automatically backup all your existing information and then restore it back once the reload is done.

Also please make sure you are using Desktop Manager 4.6. I do not think 4.7 is fully mature yet.
