Default frustrated with trying to set up email!!

Please Login to Remove!

i tried the set up wizard to configure my email, it's asking for the pin and another set of numbers. when i enter it, it's telling me the pin is already set up. i try to access my email settings in the email settings, it's asking for a user name and password, i've never made up. so i try to create new, it's telling me again that the pin is already on my phone. i no longer see the email icon on my home screen.. i read another thread on here that mentioned deleting any email addresses from the service book list.. can someone please help me?!?! im so frustrated!

Did you buy this used? If so, you need to contact the seller and have them cancel their BIS account with their carrier. This will release the PIN and IMEI for you to use to set up your email.

Call Rogers likey their is a "blank" bis account set up all ready

needs to be remove by Rogers in this case
