1st - on your computer double click on the "My Computer" icon. When it opens up you should see two or three active drives probably C - D(recovery drive) and E (DVD-CD drive). Now close it out.
Now Plug your phone in via USB.
Once the computer recognizes it and if your Media Card is installed and working it will show up as a new drive (the auto-play feature may bring pop up...just close that out). Now open up "My Computer" again and yo should see the a new drive. That is your Media Card.
Double click on that new drive and a folder should show up....mine is Blackberry.
Double click on that folder and you should see several folders including ringtones, music, pictures, voice notes, etc...
Now go the folder you want to transfer items from. You can either single click on the item(s) you want to move and drag it over to the folder you want to put it in. OR
single click on the item you want to move - then click on EDIT in the toolbar and scroll down to and click on "Copy To Folder". A menu box will open up and you can just navigate to the drive and folder you want to copy it to.
Another option is to simply put your card into one of your media card slots if you have the reader.
It is really much simpler than all of that sounds
