I downloaded Blackberry desktop manager 4.7 to use with my Curve 8330. When I try to use Roxio Media Manager 9 to load pictures such as wallpaper, the program freezes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it hasn't helped. Any ideas?

I know this is completely ignoring your question, but, since you have your phone plugged into your PC - you can just use Windows Explorer to copy files into you mircSD cards music folder. Or ringtones into the ringtone folder, etc. Easier, in my eyes.
