Default 8310 update- app error 523?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have just updated the Latest OS: 8310 4.5.0.174/4.5.0.124 for my bb8310.

All went well but tried to change the theme and now my screen is stuck on saying "App error 523" even after a battery pull. My data is all backed up but my Computer is no longer reading my blackberry to attempt to resolve.

Any ideas on how to get my bb working again??
Thanks!

To get DM working, you might need to reboot your PC or delete it and then reinstall. In any case it appears that you need to reinstall the OS. Make sure you delete the vendor.xml file.

This seems to be sorted now, I have deleted the themes that seem to be causing the problems.

Thanks
