I knew I should have come here first I talked with Sprint/Nextel on the phone and chat and no one could tell me how to "resend" the service books? I’m having problems getting attachments to come through and after reading some of these posts figured this might be the problem.

When I go to menu > options > service books it list the service books, but doesn’t give me the option to resend? I saw a post about clicking on the e-mail folder icon to resend them from there as well, but I dont see "service books" anywhere else on the menus except under "options"?

Thanks Jsanders bingo! Good to finally sign up on here I have been reading for years when I first got my old 7520, just upgraded to the 8350i big difference. Going to miss my old 7520 that was a TANK.

Not sure about the 8350i yet? First night I was up till 3:30am after I programmed it with all my info it bricked up on me when loading the new software update. Got the good ole app 200 error reset and wouldn’t reboot. Finally used the program JL Cmder to wipe the phone and reload the software with the desktop manager. This was within the first couple hours of getting it delivered!

were you speaking with a nextel rep of a blackberry rep. when i call nextel i never use the menus. i hit zero and get the first available rep and tell them to transfer me to blackberry support
