how can i pass contacts from the blackberry device to the simcard?????

You will need to do it one at a time.

Contacts > View Contact > (Menu Button) Copy to Sim Phone Book

In the future, please search before posting questions. There are quite a few posts that match a search for "copy contacts to SIM Card".
