Default facebook app not working

Please Login to Remove!

So on my last BB i had my facebook app working fine, it had 58 notifications since i couldnt scroll anymore to check them. but as soon as i transferred my data over to the new one using desktop manager, it stopped working. ive unistalled it and redownloaded it and it still doesnt work. any help ?

make sure you do a battery pull between uninstall-install. also, send your service books after you reinstall (options>advanced>HRT *hit menu, and register*)

Make sure the email address your registered on facebook with you also have that email on your blackberry

Gordonswaby brings up a good point. If you did a backup/restore you probably don't have the email setup officially on the network side of things. Try to send an email from the Blackberry; if you receive the error "no messaging service configured" than the email will need to be swapped over to the new Blackberry.

You will need to contact your wireless provider to get this straightened out.
