Default Flash Player

Please Login to Remove!

I was on a road trip this weekend and wanted to play a Funny or Die video for a buddy of mine in the car. After an hour opr so of trying to get it to play I found out that I couldn't b/c I didn't have the most recent flash player. I tried to dl it from flash to find out the OS does not support it. Does anyone know of a work around to that? I am running 4.5.0.89 on a VZW 8330.

There is no Flash player for the BB, nor many of the smartphones available.

No workaround, other than to view vids not requiring flash.

Bolt Browser doesn't support Flash either. Waiting for a native client from Adobe....

Not to mention, battery life is bad enough allready. Flash would absoultly drain it. If I find a video on a site like that, I try and find the same one on Youtube. Usually with luck.

IMO Flash wouldn't be any more power hungry than Java already is... Do you have any specifics to back up this claim, or is it just conjecture?
