My Curve's battery life has significantly decreased from its brand new state. I have Tmobile and was wondering if I could called them to get it replaced?

If David's option do not help, look at the battery. You can order on-line through Crackberry for about $25. Best Buy has them in their store for $50.

Depends on how long you've had it. Phones are warrantied for 1 year however I believe the batteries for only 30 or 90 days (can't remember which).

Probably not if it's just the batery.

I haven't done an exchange in a long time but I do believe they send the new one and then you return the old one. If you don't return it within the required time, they'll charge you for the new one, full price.

Actually all BB accessories that come with the phone when purchased are covered by the warranty for 1 year. At least that's what the text reads, so it's good to have it available. But it's also amongst the most poorly written legal documents I've ever read so it can be read a lot of ways.

For replacements, there is a shipping fee, so it's not completely without cost. Also they'll try to diagnose what the issue is before they send a replacement. That's actually a good process since it's unclear which, if any, is defective.

It's also unclear (to me anyway) from the OP if the battery is actually defective. It's not necessarily unusual after 6 months for the battery to not be performing as well as when it was brand new.

It's just the nature of the beast.

Well it doesnt have the same battery life and the speaker is blown out.

I think they should replace it all for me.

You do realize that the manufacturer's warranty only covers manufacturing defects, right?
