my phone is on loud and it doesnt ring i dont hear it ring is there a problem with my phone? how can i fix the problem?

My guess would be go to profiles,then go advanced and set each ringtone and loudness seperatly.

i took the battery off and put it back now it rings but before i did that i didnt hear the click of the trackball or watsoever... is it normal?

I believe the trackball only makes a noise when you scrool but not click. That's a feature you can turn on/off in Options>Screen/Keyboard>Trackball-Audible Roll.

Double check that you didn't accidentally change your Profile from Loud to something silent. And as mentioned above - if it is indeed still in Loud, go into Advanced Options and edit your Loud profile. Even if you have PHONE set to TONE and an actual mp3 or whatever. Make sure VOLUME is not set to MUTE somehow...Check and make sure its on High...
