AOL Mail RInger

I am new to BB so please be patient. I set up my AOL e-mail account on my BB and I the phone doesn't ring when mail comes in. Just the LED flashes to notify me. I adjusted the sound setting correctly yet still no sound. My SMS sounds come through OK though.

I have a Sprint 8330 Curve with 4.5.0.131 installed.

Double check your Active Profile. Be sure that the setting next to this particular email address is for a Tone and that the setting is not set to MUTE.
