Default Trackball sticking

Please Login to Remove!

So yesterday my trackball started sticking and I got on here and tried the canned air technique and also locking the keys and pressing down and turning the way it was stuck. It now will not move to the right at all. Can I fix this? Or do I need to send it in? Any tips?

Thanks
