Default Problem synching "Sent Items" Folder

Please Login to Remove!

I have a new BB 8330 and am synching with Outlook 07. The emails that I sent from my BB do not get synched with Outlook (and vise versa). How can I get this corrected.

If you aren't on a BES, then the email is not synced.

Even if you're on a BES email isn't synced. All BB email is pushed and (in some cases) reconciled. If you're on BES Sent Items should be reconciled. If not, you'll need to set up the autobcc workaround if you want Sent Items from your BB in Outlook. Search for specific instructions.
