Should I get the extended warranty $1.99 mo?

IM ordering the curve, and wondering If I should buy the extended warranty for $1.99 a month..does this cover physical damage? ie if your kep pad stops working?

Thanks guys...I also am getting the clear silicon cover..

It covers a lot of things. Just be aware there's a big deductible you have to pay. You should ask about that just so you know what it is.

Generally speaking, the more expensive the handset, the more valuable the insurance is...a previous poster stated to find out what the deductable is...good advice...if the deuctable is roughly the same as the cost to replace the device ouright, it isn't worth the investment.

I did even with a deductible in case of an accident, it's better than the $499 for a new device.

It's personal judgement call. I don't bother with insurance but I've never paid $499 for any of my BB's and I have some older backup BB's that I'm willing to use if I can't find a decently priced replacement.

If you think it will help be sure to read the fine print.

if you have your bb more than 30 days they will not let you add it on. so if you decide to add the insurance do it soon.
