Default Unable to create an Internet Service Account

Please Login to Remove!

Hey! I'm new here.. I recently bought a BB 8310 that is unlock, tha carrier is AT&T. It works just fine to make make phone calls and send SMS text but I haven't been able to create an internet service account. Every time I try to create it it says "your account have been blocked. Please contact your system administartor". I'm living in Spain so I don't know what to do.. The first time I used it was here..

Can anybody help?

Your pin was registered by old user. You must call at&t for free your phone to register on your Bis carrier website.

Actually you may need the PIN released by the previous carrier whoever the old user had it on AND you may have a Security IT Policy on the device, perhaps it was connected to a corporate BES, with that warning.

Look at Options > Security > General Settings, scroll to the bottom, what is noted below **services**?

Hello!

Thanks for answering. There is no old user, the phone is brand new! I bought and brougt it here to Spain in the box with the plastic wrap still on it. I'm the first one to use it. i already activated the data plan with my service provider here in Spain and still doesn't work.. It shows the same message and the "personal e-mail set up" icon on the BB won't show...

Any solution?...
