unlock are there any tools or software out there to unlock the 83xx phone for free? |
Wirelessly posted Legally...No |
You could always call your provider and ask them for the code... |
As long as you are in good standing (meaning bill is current) and you have been a customer for at least six months, your carrier should provide the unlock code to you free of charge. |
The best option is to attempt for the carriers help... If not you could try to find for help here in the forums. But I believe that none of them are for free but yes very good prices. Of course if you want to get risky try google: "MFI blackberry". You need some knowledge for this and you could damage your phone a little.... GoodLuck!!! |
Do it with HorizonWirelessOnline.com - Horizon Wireless, The World’s Cellular Repair Center ß it's not expensive and it's a great place. |
ATT will give you the unlock code after 90 days of service for accounts in good standing. Just call and request. Mention oversees travel and they'll hand it over in a heartbeat. |
I called Rogers (canada) to try and unlock my phone and they dont provide this service and would just give me the rates for the country im going to. Is there another way to unlock the curve with out paying for it. |
Refer to post #2. If Rogers won't give you the code, paying is your only option. Or you could call back until you get someone willing to give you the code. |
