Default error code 0x8004fd02

Does anybody know what this code is?

I am attempting to sync my calendar (Novell Groupwise) to my 8330, and it reads all the items, asks about conflicts, and then when it goes to actually sync, the computer gives me this error code and does nothing else.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I believe that indicates you either have a corrupt or empty calendar/address book record.

Thanks - hmmm... I know the phone calendar is empty, and the 'puter did accurately sync with the team palm. Any suggestions about if it's possible to delete/download the BB calendar program to avoid the corruption, or is there a better way to solve the issue?

You could try clearing the calendar on the device (even though it's empty).

Connect your device, launch DM, go into backup/restore, select advanced. On the right side you should see the device databases. Highlight Calendar and click the clear button.

Try a sync again, see if it works. I don't know if it will, but it may be worth a shot.

Thanks - I'll do the first part tonight, and tomorrow when I get back to work, I'll try again!
