|  BB 8310's blacking out?
Please Login to Remove! Hey guys,
We have about 300 units in our environment. Most of them are 8310's and 8700's. I've been seeing over the past few weeks alot of them have been dying. As in, they just go black...you cant press any buttons or anything. You have to remove the battery and put it back in in order to get it running again. All these units are running 4.5.0.81. Is there a bug in the OS that is causing this or is it hardware. As always, thanks for all your input.
